Walking and Playing the Drums

Jack started walking now! We have have some of his adventures on this video. He walks from one couch to the next. Now he is walking quite a bit but still pretty wobbly at it. He keeps his arms way up high for balance.

Here is one of our garage sale finds this season. We got this drum set for $1. Jack loves it. Quite a natural! Way too cute not to share!

Jack is doing well. He is starting to be more afraid of strangers which is normal for his age but certain circumstances have effected his sleep at night. He is fine when people come to our place to visit but doesn't care for friendly waitresses at restaurants or people flirting with him in stores. He freezes up, sometimes grabs for me and sometimes even starts to cry. After a friend whom he has never met wanted to hold him in a restaurant he couldn't sleep that night without me next to him and woke up screaming the word "NO" and crying horribly. He doesn't even use the word "no" when awake. This made me so sad for him and the fears he carries inside him. Yet it is good to see that he is attached to me and is no longer indiscriminate when it comes to people.
Other than that sad night he sleeps well in his crib in his room by himself and wakes up with smiles and hugs for his brother and sister.

We have made it through a busy time of year now with the two older kids birthday parties and we are looking forward to summertime so we can start our swimming adventures which should be fun!

For now here are a few more pictures.
